Booking Policy:

Thank you for considering booking with us! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have established the following policies for our clients to understand.

1. Calendar Closure:

Please note that our calendar will close every 3rd Saturday. We highly recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred appointment time.

2. Social Media and Picture/Video Requirement:

Before booking, we kindly request that you provide us with your social media information and a full picture or video of your head only. This will help us better understand your hair type and style preferences.

   Booking Fees:

Please be mindful of any applicable booking fees. The correct fees will be applied to your total if not applied correctly.

4. Same-Day Booking: We accept same-day bookings online, but please note that walk-ins are not applicable. For same-day bookings, we will do our best to accommodate you by double-booking and squeezing you in.(if we can)

5. Longer/Fuller Hair: If your hair passes your shoulders and is thicker than average, there may be an additional fee for the extra time and effort required.

6. Detangle Fee: If your hair is severely tangled or matted, a detangle fee may be applied to cover the extra time and effort required to prepare your hair for styling.

7. Take Out Fee: If you require us to remove any existing extensions or braids before your appointment, a take out fee will be applied.

8. Consultation Fee: For all new clients, there will be a one-time consultation fee to discuss your desired style, assess your hair, and make recommendations.

Deposit Policies:

Braids:

- For braids only, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

- If you have a specific color preference, please contact us prior to booking.

Loc Extensions:

- For loc extension clients, the deposit will be based on the loc extension bundle price, which is determined by the length, size, and amount of locs required.

All Other Services:

- Deposits for all other services will be based on the specific service you choose.

- If you prefer not to pay the full price online, there will be a $1 surcharge.

Deposit Option for Phone Bookings:

For phone bookings, we offer a $30 deposit option.

Late Fee and Grace Period:

- You are allowed a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive within this grace period, there will be no additional charge.



- If you arrive 11-12 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, a $50 late fee will be charged. Please communicate any delays or issues in advance.

- You may reschedule your appointment one time with the same deposit if you are unable to make your original appointment. Please contact us to arrange a new date and time.

No-Show Policy:

- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be banned from booking future appointments until your no-show fee is paid.
